As of October 2019, Haiti has experienced another hurricane season. A month-long absence of regular sunlight led to a dry water tower. Many were forced to once again search by foot for water in local towns. Haitians Can consulted with advisors, and we used funds previously donated to purchase and install a wind turbine providing backup power to the water tower pump.
